Improve Your Skin in Under 10 Minutes a Day!

That's right, all it takes is a customized skin care regimen, consistency and 10 minutes a day to improve the condition of your skin.

Now that I have told you what I can do for you, let me share my daily skin care routine. You will see just how easy it is to implement a routine into into your busy schedule.

My Morning Skin Care Routine

First off, let me start off by letting you know that I am NOT a morning person; I literally snooze at least 30 minutes each morning. I typically give myself 25 minutes to get ready and make it downstairs for breakfast; here is what I get accomplished in that short time:

6:40-7:15 Snooze Queen

7:15- I hit the ground running, like I did back in my Marine Corps days. The first thing I do is go downstairs and drink my collagen shot and one glass of water. Then back to the shower, this is where the skin care magic happens. I spend one minute cleansing my face while the conditioner is in my hair. Then I rinse and continue with my shower. On masque and exfoliant days, I follow my cleansing with the Vital C Hydrating Enzyme Masque which is a dual purpose product. I remove the masque before exiting the shower.

7:25-Apply serum and eye cream while skin is still damp. Then off to brush my teeth; this gives my skin enough time to absorb the products. Lastly, I apply moisturizing SPF.

7:30-Do my hair, which takes less than a minute; I love having short hair. Then I get dressed, tidy up my room and then head downstairs.

My Evening Skin Care Routine

Evening seems to be the trickiest time for most people to do their skin care regimen. Between family and other responsibilities, there never seems to be enough time in the evening.

Has this ever happened to you? You take a quick break to rest your feet, and then you wake in the same spot three hours later. It is 1:00 am and the last thing on your mind is a skin care routine.

Here is what works for me; I get dinner started and then make my way upstairs to do my evening routine. It takes less then 5 min to cleanse twice, apply serum, eye cream, and moisturizer; I find that I am more consistent now that do it earlier in the evening.
